Shipping & Returns

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. If your order needs verification of payment, it may delay the processing of your order.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1- 3 business days, unless stated otherwise. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. 

If there is a shipping issue or a problem with your order, please email us at cs@brillies.co for the quickest response. Allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled the next business day.

Change or Cancel Your Order
Once our online shop has processed your order, you will be unable to make any changes. Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. Please check your property or with your neighbors help locate the package. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim. Please contact us with your claim number and we can work together on a resolution. We ask that you wait 48 business hours after your tracking shows as delivered to file any claim as usually the packages do deliver during that time.

International Shipping
We offer Standard and Express shipping options depending on the destination country. The exact available shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout.

  • North America: 3 - 5 business days
  • Europe: 10 - 20 business days

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if there's a defect or problem with your order, however we have the right to refuse returns & exchanges if the case permits. 

If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us at cs@brillies.co within 3 days of delivery.

All returns will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Conditions of return

Items must be in unused, original condition to receive a refund. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. Free return shipping is provided.
